In this interview we will learn about your preferences, values, lifestyle, objectives, your non-negotiables and the type of person you are attracted to. Then, we use all that information to carefully select possible matches where both of you meet 80% of what you are wanting.

If a candidate proposed to you by your Matchmaker does not meet your expectations, you simply decide not to meet them and we will work with you closely to understand why and adjust our approach for future selections of your candidates.

Appointments will only take place in establishments with which we have a commercial alliance; they are restaurants, cafes and bars that meet certain criteria so that an excellent first date can take place.

You will answer a feedback where you will rate your Candidate, the establishment and the service provided by your Matchmaker.

Yes, in addition to matchmaking, we offer additional services such as relationship counseling to support you on your journey towards a stronger connection, however, we offer this service through a third party, i.e. through a business alliance.

Fábrica de Parejas does not perform background checks. There are several reasons for this, including (but not limited to) incomplete or inaccurate registration databases. Background checks can give people a false sense of security. We focus our efforts on training people to use good judgment and be responsible for their safety, as they would anywhere else. If the person lies in their information, they will be terminated immediately.

Yes, you can adjust your criteria at any time. You simply communicate it to your Matchmaker and she will make the changes within the platform.

That is wonderful! We are delighted that you find love. You can let us know and we can pause your membership for up to 12 consecutive months.

Once your membership appointments end, you can continue purchasing 1 appointment or a package of 3 appointments and so on.
